We’re Havering, Barking and Dagenham Mind
We’re your local mental health charity and we’re here to help. With over one in four people experiencing a mental health problem, the need for good quality mental health support, advice and information is vital.
Our aim is to help people in our local communities to improve their mental health and wellbeing. We want everyone to live their best life possible. We do this by providing a range of services that focus on recovery and empower people to take control of their own wellbeing.
We are proud to be part of a family of around 100 local Mind charities in England and Wales

We are affiliated to the national Mind charity, but we are an independent local registered charity with our own Board of Trustees. We raise our own funds separately from national Mind. Watch the video below to see the difference between us.
